CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy - 24-hour notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your nail appointment.(Please Note your deposit will be kept) -Reschedule: You have one Reschedule with your deposit if you fail to meet that second appointment. Appointment will be cancelled and deposit is kept as well as a No Show Fee! - Late cancellation fee: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. - No-show fee: If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the 15% service cost. - Exceptions: I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss possible exceptions. Refund Policy - Credits: If you cancel within 24 hours, you may be eligible for a credit towards a future appointment. Scheduling - Booking: To secure your appointment, a credit card or deposit may be required. - Reminders: We will send you reminders of your upcoming appointment. Deposit - Please note that your deposit goes towards your total. -ADDRESS is given once appointment is booked and the morning of appointment unless( your appointment is morning time then it is sent the night before) - Please note you have 10 mins after your appointment time and if you do not show up nor give no response then your appointment is cancelled!
